I will circulate this important information to Reform candidates standing for Council seats at the May by-election. Local Reform candidates in Cambridgeshire are concerned about the influence of gender ideology and lobby groups in schools pushing social transition and will actively seek to stop this.
A great piece. Which highlights neatly that we don't have any kind of democracy otherwise we wouldn't be in this mess. They don't reply because they feel they don't have to as there are no consequences.
I agree, we have a visage of democracy but scratch the surface and its not clear what say the populace actually have.
Even the issue with councillors failing to respond, the law of averages suggests that not all of them will agree with socially transitioning children, yet they appear to be cowed by those who do buy into the belief. Though those same councillors who profess to be on board aren't confident enough to put their beliefs in writing in case they incriminate themselves!
Given neither groups appear willing or able to challenge council officers on the toolkit they help to ensure that poor quality information continues to be fed into schools via the toolkit and PSHE unit, plus other avenues where the lobby groups have a grip. It's a mess and definately not democratic or open to scrutiny.
